Joshua Park is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Norric, the first intelligence platform for real estate. Norric's platform revolutionizes key aspects of the real estate development cycle, including due diligence, risk assessment, and market research. Through its innovative suite of AI products, Norric tailors solutions for developers, investors, and stakeholders across diverse asset classes and workflows, driving efficiency and informed decision-making in the real estate industry.
Before founding Norric, Joshua built a distinguished career in retail, manufacturing, and e-commerce. He led a series of joint ventures with leading manufacturers in Asia, establishing international distribution networks and infrastructure to create direct-to-consumer brands. As Chief Executive Officer of these ventures, he implemented sustainable manufacturing and distribution methodologies, leveraging big data analytics to drive the go-to-market strategies for four direct-to-consumer brands. He exited the JV in 2023 December via partnership buy-out.
Joshua attained his Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development from New York University and a Master’s in Computer Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
